2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
Available for all U.S. orders. -
Expedited Shipping:
Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
Available for all U.S. orders. -
International Shipping:
Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
Available for most international destinations.
Please note that delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary depending on factors such as weather, holidays, and other unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and order total.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, so you can track the status of your package. You can track your order on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the U.S. and internationally. If you are outside of these regions, please contact us at natalie@nrichedneedlepoint.com for shipping options.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. NRiched Needlepoint is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, there may be occasional delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, holidays, or shipping carrier issues). We appreciate your understanding and patience.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. NRiched Needlepoint is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages once delivered.
