Refund policy

At NRiched Needlepoint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help! Please review our returns and refunds policy below.

1. Returns

  • All items are made to order and cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the product is received.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping and return an item that brought your order below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at natalie@nrichedneedlepoint.com. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra charge. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email.

5. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. NRiched Needlepoint cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used needlepoint kits or accessories.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital downloads or custom products.

7. How to Return an Item

  • Contact us at natalie@nrichedneedlepoint.com to initiate the return process.

  • Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  • We will send you instructions on how to return the item.
